ST. PATRICK'S
CATHEDRAL SUNDAY MASS
The Coordinating Committee
has managed to secure a reserved
section of seats in
St.
Patrick's Cathedral at the 12
o'clock Mass on Sunday, October
15, 2006!
Unfortunately, due to the traditional practice at St.
Patrick's Cathedral,
the regular Parish Sunday Mass can not be called a "Memorial
Mass".
We have been promised that our group will be welcomed and
attending
dignitaries acknowledged at the beginning of the service.
As a special consideration, not granted to most groups,
before the conclusion
of the Mass, a member of our Committee will be allowed to
address the congregation.

MEMORIAL
ALBUM
As part of our commemorations
the Coordinating Commitee plans to publish an
illustrated
50th Anniversary Memorial Album.
The Album will include
sections devoted to:
-
Historical
background and evaluations of the Hungarian Revolution
of 1956
-
The past
work and ultimate goals of our Commitee
-
Listing of
all of our members/officers/supporting
organizations/patrons/benefactors etc.
-
All of our
commemorative programs in detail
-
A section of
paid personal greetings
-
A section of
paid advertisements
This is a great opportunity
for you to advertise
your
business to the
Hungarian-American
community in the
tri-state area. Thus, the Memorial Album will become a
keep-sake of
memories and as a directory, a
useful tool for
the future.
All net income from the Album
will be used for our ultimate goal: the permanent
Memorial
to the
Heroes of the
1956 Hungarian Revolution to be located in New York City.
